Fatoumata Sacko started out selling food in front of her home in Bolibana before undergoing practical training as a cook and setting up her own business. She founded Bijou Délice, a full-service restaurant serving African dishes—such as riz au gras, couscous, tô, and salsa riz—as well as Western fare like shawarma, sandwiches, kebabs, fries, and desserts. Today, her business employs four young people. A story of empowerment and female entrepreneurship serving the community.
