by Djénéba Ballo
After three years of training in food processing supplemented by hands-on courses, Djénéba Ballo launched her own business in Kita with passion and expertise. She processes local products: peanut butter, pre-cooked fonio, djouka, snacks, and natural juices and syrups made from tamarind and bissap. She established her own processing facility, which is now operational and recognized locally—an example of ambition and dedication in the women’s agri-food sector.
