Emanuel Lopes Da Costa, who majored in public administration and social economics, has been working for years in the trade sector not only managing his family store but also opening his own diner-cafè. At first, his activity seemed not to do much good, that’s why he decided to address to the ENGIM-CIFAP incubator. Thanks to this cooperation Emanuel’s diner-cafè is now a reference point for a broad clientele. His diner-cafe is based in Sintra neighborhood, a strategic location to meet people.
